Hello. Could you help me this problem?

I created a Microsoft form with 2 items (2 options)

If users select 1 option, an email will be sent to the first email address. And similar to 2nd option. (2 different emails)

I know use Condition but I don't know choose any value is equal in conditon box.

How can do that in microsoft flow? see in by picture.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi @MrBan,

Are the 2 items of Choice type field in Microsoft Forms?

Do you want to send an email to different email address based on the options?

Please see the following flow configuration. There is a field of type Choice in the form with two selections OK and NotOk. If the selection is OK, send email to test4, otherwise, send email to test2.

    Image for your reference:

Please take it for a reference and try it on your side.

    Best regards,

Thank Mabel Mao for your support.

My form has 3 options like this:

For each selected option, an email will be sent to other person (3 deffirent email addresses).

I think value OK in conditional box is not valid. I need a true value for that.

Who can help me solve it?

    Thank so much.

Hello, MrBan. I not sure I understand your question. But if your goal is to set two different action, depending on the option selected by the user you can do this:

choose "condition" and click on "If selected option is equal to" "option 1" and in the field "if yes" you add an action and choose "send an email " or any other action that you need.

Them, add a condition again and do the exact same thing. But instead of putting "If selected option is equal to "option 1", you choose " option 2". And then you go and add the action you need for this second option.

It worked for me, I hope It works for you too. Have a nice day 🙂
