fill a combobox with a filter from another list column AND depending from antoher combobox

I have a powerapps with four combobox : the first has areas of interest.

once the first has "JOB" as selected value ,the second combobox will be visibile (for default is invisible).

i want that after the second combobox has "doctor" value,it should load last name of all doctors and their phone number ,the same for nurse ,etc.

that information is in another list called "address book".

how can i do that ?

    Put something like this in the OnChange event of the first combobox.

    ClearCollect(Occupation,Filter(address book, JOB = Combobox.SelectedItem.Value))

     

    For the Items in the Doctors Combo box put:

    Occupation[@NAME]

    The problem is MAIN LIST has two lookup columns in address book in which are address book information.I don't know ho to fill data from two different list in one power app.

    I haven’t dealt with lookup columns. Can you show me some more details? Could you possibly collect the two tables after the lookup?

    The point is : in the MAIN LIST,with the powerapp module,i want to filter data :

    IF in the combobox  i choose doctor,i want to load only doctor names in combobox2 or if i choose nurse only nurse names.

    BUT i don't know how to load data from two different list and filter them.if i use two connectors gives me error
