pac admin create with service principal

Hi community,

I have a service principal (app registration) in Azure with the Power Platform Administrator role.

I create an pac auth create profile for this service principal.

So far so good.

But when I run pac admin create to create a new environment, an error message appear:

Error: The service principal with id 'xxxxxxxxxxx' for application yyyyyyyyyyyyyyy does not have permission to access the path 'https://10.0.5.27:20214/providers/Microsoft.BusinessAppPlatform/locations/europe/environmentCurrencies?api-version=2020-08-01' in tenant zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Anyone suggestions?

Is it possible at all to create an environment with a service principal?

Hi Henk,
I know it might be too late. But have you followed all the steps when you have created the service principal?
