Hello all,

I need help on how to go about formatting the email notification received when a request is sent for approval. I like it to appear like

LawrenceOrewa_0-1705634732547.png

instead of

LawrenceOrewa_1-1705634794122.png

I want to get rid of Created by. The requestor is Adele Vance

Pls help

    That is not doable easily.

You could look at adaptive cards or actionable messages if needed.

    Hi @SudeepGhatakNZ

There is an auto-generated text which am finding it difficult to modify, which is

    LawrenceOrewa_0-1705654766061.png

Want to remove the line Created by and modify the second line to Requested by

    Thanks

    HI @LawrenceOrewa ,

You need to use Markdown syntax for Approval notifications.
