Govt User - Account no longer subscribed after update

I no longer have access to Power Automate Desktop, despite having MS365 through a government contract. I still have access to the cloud version, but all of my flows have vanished. 

 

It seems like either IT has not approved the use of this install, or MS making mistakes. Is it possible to get the previous version? Apparently contacting support doesn't exist. 

 

Despite its flaws, I have been one of those weird people singing praises of Power Automate to everyone, up until this point...

    Try changing the region in the Sign In screen. The sequence has changed, and the default global region applies to non-governmental users.
