I am working in a supply chain department, i made many desktop flows for our company. I wanna my desktop flows run every morning when my company laptop is off. Is a Power Automate Process license sufficient for this? How can i schedule and start my desktop flows in a cloud automatically?

For scheduling you desktop flow on cloud you need power automate premium license or process license
for scheduling your desktop flow you need to go https://make.powerautomate.com/ on this link
then click on create and select schedule flow
then you can run unattended flow for that you system is need to sign off
Or attended flow for that your system is sign in and lock
