Is there a way to assign a task to a user ID via round robin in Planner?
We created an intake form, and the intake form populates to planner with a due date, information, etc. but we want to auto assign the task created to users via round robin.
For example, let's say we have 5 admins - we want to rotate between the 5 admins as new intake comes in.
A crude way would be to assign your planners IDs from 0 to 4 and then use Modulo on the task id. Of course that assumes that all planners are available when being called up.
