Sharepoint Lists / Power Automate / Vlookup / Autopopulate a column based on another list

Hello all,

I have 3 microsoft lists (a list for agencies, a list for clients with a lookup column that reference the agencies list, and finally a request list).
I am trying to use Power Automate to auto-populate the Agency column in my Request List based on the Clients List.
After some research online, I see I need to create a trigger once I create a new item in the Request List, then Get Item (or Get Items?) from the Client's List and finally update the Request List.
The problem is I tried fiddling with the settings of each action "Get Item" and "Update Item" but I am totally unable to make it work. I tried to read the documentation of these actions but I find them hard to understand. If anyone could point out to me what would be the needed settings to make it work, I would be forever grateful.

Thanks!
