I am an individual and I have created a work flow for extracting certain data from website and the dump will be pasted in Excel sheet.  This process is working.  I want to repeat this every 30 min from 10 AM  to 9 PM automatically .  As cloud flow is not allowed for individuals, can you suggest something like task scheduler etc,
I have the same question (1)

Yes, this can be done with Windows Task Scheduler, so long as you're fine with it taking control of your PC every 30 minutes, even if you're using it at the moment. Every desktop flow has a run URL. Something like ms-powerautomate:/console/flow/run?workflowid=XXXX. In task scheduler, you'll execute the application PAD.Console.Host.exe. You'll need to locate this on your machine, but its typically in C:\Program Files (x86)\Power Automate Desktop\.  For arguments in Task Scheduler, you'll pass in the URL for the flow you want to run. You can get the URL in the PA Desktop application in the flow name details section. Then you just set the schedule and you're good.

I had the same desire but unfortunately there's no URL available when I look at the properties/details of my flow (per bblake8480's reply)

I thought about using the path of the flow but not sure if that will work.

    Here's my PAD version info:
    Version: 11.2508.104.0
    Component: Console

Do you have a Power Automate Premium license? Running desktop flows in any automated fashion requires a premium license. If you're using the free version, Power Automate Desktop will not be able to run flows from either cloud or command line. You can only run flows manually.
