I have an excel table with 3 columns: date, email, and message. I would like to send a reminder email to the email address on the date provided. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Yes sure, please configure your flow as below screenshot.

    Few things to note:

    1. Book1.xlsx, is my excel file name, so that could be different for you, sharepoint site and library selected will also be different for you

    2. My date column in excel is Date, so that could be different for you, so change the column name accordingly in FilterQuery property.

    3. You need to define data in excel as table to use the "List rows present in a table" action, so please do that if not done.

Hello @jrosenberg01 , you can create a flow with recurrence trigger and schedule it to run daily, then flow can get items from the excel which equals to today's date and then you can loop through those items and send reminder email.
