I just activated my Microsoft 365 family plan today and set up a Form. I tried to create a Flow using a Form as a trigger. On signing in to that service connector, I receive this error message:
Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '7ab7862c-4c57-491e-8a45-d52a7e023983' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.
As I signed into Power Automate with the same account that I used for Forms, I assure you that I'm in the same tenant as myself.
I've cleared my browser cache and more, signed out, rebooted my laptop, and signed back in to Edge. I've used a different browser. I've gone into the connectors and deleted past attempts and then tried re-adding. I confirmed that OneDrive is accessible to me.
I'm aware that the limitation on Flow use is that I'm limited to standard connectors, and that the Forms connector is a standard connector. I'm also familiar with using Power Automate through work, so I'm not a first-time user.
On an unrelated note, I really think that the setup of Power Automate is terrible for non-work/non-school users with the numerous dead links to inaccessible locations. This really needs to be fixed.
How do I fix the access issue? As personal accounts don't have access to Entra, I can't exactly add myself as an external user.
