fetch information from the Outlook message and add to excel

Hello,

 

I need a solution, In which I want to fetch the details of my sale from outlook mail and paste that data into excel.

 

For EX: If I get a message from the sales team about a new product purchase. Every time I need to copy the information and paste it into an excel file.

Data get in an email:

 

Name:

Order:

Type :
