Anonymous submission in SharePoint with power automate

I am aware that SP 2010 and 2013 Designer workflows do not trigger workflows upon anonymous submission but I was wondering if Power Automate flows would work with anonymous submission? I could not find any information online so looking to hear from the experts here.

Could you confirm if a Power Automate "workflow" tied to a SharePoint list would start if an anonymous user submitted an item?

@Mikello-6626 How will an anonymous user submit the data ? Where is the user submitting the data ? SharePoint list or Microsoft forms ? This will not work as the user will not have a valid O365 license with that said, nor he would be able to trigger the flow on click of submit on forms nor make an entry in SharePoint list.

User is submitting Data in SharePoint list (on prem) site. I’ve mentioned it in the original post. This is allowable on Sharepoint since I have worked with SharePoint site. Anonymous is allowed to submit with the correct settings. I just want to know if power automate would trigger upon receiving a new entry to list by anonymous user.
Also, MS Forms allows anonymous. Would that submission trigger a power automate?

@Mikello-6626 my bad, it won't work with SharePoint online and ms forms for sure I know. Not sure about on prem as I will not be able to try this case.

I was able to start a power automate flow upon anonymous submission to MS Forms so I think your reply is not accurate when it comes to MS Forms.

Looking for someone who can help me with SP anonymous submission and power automate flow.
