HI All

 

I appreciate this is a really basic question but despite best efforts, I can not find an answer.

 

How do you structure a Desktop flow to select one of two email accounts in Outlook when Outlook is already running?

 

Due to multiple profiles and multiple email accounts within each profile, it would be easier for me to have the flow start manually from the correct account. I am always in Outlook, so I really dont need it to happen. 

 

Any suggestions please?

    Hi @Adambent 

     

    You can set the primary account and then select the email account that you wish to use.

     

    Here is an example of an email sending action:
