The Parameter 'To' cannot be null or empty

Hello,
 
I have created a flow that takes a very simple 2 column spreadsheet and sends an email based on email column, and sends via send email office 365 v2. I created this about a month  ago and it worked perfectly. As of today I am getting that the "To" field is null. I have recreated from scratch 4 times now. I am pulling the data for the "to" field dynamically within the action. It sees the column header in the dynamic dropdown, but still showing as null when i run the flow.  Also I am using the classic creator, when i look at the

    Could you send an image of your flow design in edit mode, including the action where you read the data from Excel? Make sure to remove any sensitive data from the image before sharing it.

    Based on the image you posted you are using the new designer to create the workflow. The message says you cannot use the new designer. Have you tried using the classic designer to create the workflow? That is probably the cause of your problem.
     
    I would also suggest creating a variable for the e-mail address and populate the value from Excel to the variable. Then use the variable in the Outlook action. I don't really see why this would make a difference, but it is worth trying at least.
