Can not see Action in run

This run says it is succeeding, but I don't see a post in the SPS list and I can't see any what's going on in the final step.

Any ideas why the Create Item is greyed out?

I also noticed that loop after the fact and removed it. Weird thing is I didn't recall adding that loop.
Anyway, once I removed the loop, the action ran fine.

However, this is still a great answer as to why when a loop _is_ used why the Flow would succeed but the inner actions would appear to not have run. So I'll mark that as the answer in the hopes it helps someone else.

    thanks!

    Hi @askpatrickw ,

Whilst the condition does in fact return false and the no branch is being executed, it looks like you have a for each loop.  What could be happening is that there isn't anything to loop, hence no items are created.

Can you post a screenshot of your flow and we can see what you are trying to loop?
