How to Download Copilot Studio Agent Analytics and View User Query Reports?

Hello Everyone,

I have a question regarding Microsoft Copilot Studio analytics.

Is there a way to download or export the analytics for a Copilot Studio agent?

We're also trying to understand the reporting capabilities available for Copilot Studio. Specifically, we'd like to know:

What are the different ways to view/export reports for a Copilot Studio agent?
Can we see the types of queries users are asking?

If anyone has experience with these capabilities or can share relevant Microsoft documentation or best practices, it would be greatly appreciated.

It provides insights into usage, effectiveness, topic performance, and customer satisfaction. For deeper analysis—such as identifying the most common user questions, tracking conversation trends over time, or creating custom reports—export the conversation transcripts or leverage the Dataverse Conversation Transcript table with Power BI. This approach offers the most flexibility and scalability for enterprise reporting while allowing you to analyze exactly what users are asking and how your agent is responding

@11manish, thanks for your response.
I was able to find the option to view the user questions. However, I wanted to know if there's a way to download the complete analytics for a custom agent created in Copilot Studio.

Currently, the only option I've found is to go to the specific Analytics section, open Sessions, and then download the session report. Is this the only way to export the agent analytics, or are there any other options available to download the complete analytics for the agent.
