Getting the Items from SharePoint List and sending in One Email

Hi,

I am building a flow which checked some Reference Number from inputs given through email, and then get those items from a SharePoint list. Scenario like below.

Input Received Over Email: AB123, AB234

SP List
Ref Status Date Person
AB123 Open 1-1-2023 A
AB234 Closed 1-2-2023 B

Once I get the information over email, I want to consolidate all the information for the respective reference number and want to send in single email.

Can anyone please help on this?

Warm Regards,
Akshay

I believe you want to read a 'Reference Number' from an email, then search for that value in a Microsoft List column and include all the information found in the List for that item in a reply to the user who send the first email.
    Is that correct?

Your process relies on someone sending an email including only the information you need and in the exact format expected, this is highly fragile but we can make it work. Make sure to use the parameters in the trigger and inform users to use a specific subject line.

Using the Subject Filter parameter will ensure you do not trigger the flow unnecessarily.

    Hello @Tom,

Thanks for the quick reply and providing solution. Actually, there will be multiple reference numbers will be mentioned in the email. I want that all the Items (matching with the given reference number) from the SharePoint list to be consolidated in the email and then it should be sent. I would really be very glad to have your help on this.

    Warm Regards,
    Akshay
