I recently had to change the URL of my SharePoint site and wanted to update my flow to add a list to this site. However whenever I use Create Item it has updated the name but it is the old URL so not valid. Other flows where I did use this SharePoint site have updated but even deleting off the Create Item and starting from scratch still doesn't fix it. Does anyone know how I can get it to update as its been over 72 hours now and should of changed over. Many Thanks

I suggest you raise a ticket with Microsoft about the issue. It does not sound like something that can be solved in this forum.
