My company relies on specific group id's in order to route Freshdesk tickets properly. In the Freshdesk connector, there isn't a place to specify a group id. Is there a workaround for this or a customization that I can do?
If it's not a feature of the built-in Freshdesk connector, you will have to investigate whether the Freshdesk API allows you to include that field. If it does, you could possibly create a custom connector in Power Automate to include that info. But if it's not available through the Freshdesk API, then you're out of luck until they include that in the built-in connector.
I have the same problem, I need to fill some custom_fields in Freshdesk but I can only fill the fields that are previously configured in the Connector. Did you find a way?
