Dynamically Create PowerApp Forms from Visio

Hello!
 
Does anyone know if it’s possible to dynamically create PowerApp forms based off a flow chart?
 
I’m thinking a PA flow that somehow pulls the steps/questions, creates a SP list, then dynamically makes the PowerApp form, making certain questions required/visible based on others etc?

    No, there is no such capability in PowerApps.
