Expense capture and report automation

Hi Power community

I'm creating a combination of flows to automate our expense reporting and at the same time learn Flow.  But im having trouble with the reporting side of things.

What I've setup so far.

Flow one

Captures the expense data and captures a picture of the receipt and stores data as an item on a Sharepoint list, the picture as an attachment to the item.

The idea is all users in our division will have their expense data stored here and will contribute using Flow button on their phones.

Note: this Sharepoint list contains a Yes/No column for "Claim is processed" that is No when unprocessed and Yes once processed by Flow 2 below.

Flow two

Aim of this flow is to send an email containing a summary excel table (ideal) or HTML table of Sharepoint items specific to the user that generated the Sharepoint item in Flow 1.  It will also attach the "attachments" relating to the sharepoint items summarised in the table.

I have been able to do this when its all structured around a single user, apart from the attachment side of things

I'm struggling get it to work with multiple users.

So is what im trying to achieve even possible?

Any assistance appreciated!!

To explain my flow

  1. Recurrence trigger
  2. Lists all the rows in the table
  3. Deletes all the rows in the table (this ensures a clean table to work from)
  4. Get sharepoint items
  5. If item is "No" add it to the excel table
  6. Delay while table populates
  7. Get the excel file
  8. email the excel file
  9. change all the "No's" in the Expenses Exported? Column to  "yes"

You will need to build an array of users from the items currently pending.

Then re-query the list or query the returned data for each user.
