Hello all,

I am building a flow that (upon Microsoft Form submission) populates columns at a specific SharePoint List. The Microsoft Form contains a field where the user uploads a photo. I am struggling with power automate (flow) and SP list on displaying the photo on the list.

any tips on showing the attached Microsoft Form photo to SP list?

many thanks

Images in a list are actually stored as hyperlinks to the actual image file, which is normally stored in a SharePoint document library.  I wrote a blog post on how to take a file uploaded to an MS Form and save it to a document library.  It also includes steps to approve the file, but you can ignore those. You can read that here:

Once the file is uploaded to SharePoint just use the URL to update the picture column in the list.

    Hi @Eleni ,

Please try to refer to the following video to get the attachment from form response and attach them to the list item:

Hi everyone, I managed to do this by following one of those videos. It works great.

    But....

What if I had multiple instances of attachments that I wanted to include in the list? (not multiple attachments).

I'd like each attachment to go into a different column. Would this be possible?

At the moment, I only know how to make the attachments from the form go into the default column of attachments.

Is it possible to use a different column instead?

    Thanks in advance 🙂

Can you post a link to your post and I'll try to help you there. The answer for this post was written when the Power platform didn't have support for the SharePoint image column. It now does support it so the answer will have changed.
