Taking data from a PDF then adding the data to a row in excel

Hi

I am new to power automate and would like some help with my flow.

My flow runs when a file is added to a folder on OneDrive.

An apply to each loop is formed when I get file content using path.

When I run my flow this fails 3 times and works the 4th time. But because of this, I end up with 4 entries into my excel document?

Does anyone know how to resolve this? Or of a better way to get to the desired outcome?

    @Gazrrr

    Can you share a screen with the apply to each in designer Mode not in the run mode?

    I found a solution.
    I had to move the add a row to excel outside of the apply to each loop.

    Then within the apply to each loop, I then set a bunch of variables with the data collected from the Predict from AI builder to use outside of the apply to each loop.
