I need help to create a power automate flow to run my outlook rules I developed to confirm spam emails in my folder named SPAM are truly spam and then if so, permanent deleting each email identified as spam. I am using Gmail to identify SPAM but want a process to permanently delete the spam email.

I don't like waiting 30 days for Gmail to delete what I've confirmed is a SPAM email.

I created a flow, it worked the first time but not the second time. Got me, why this happened. There was an email (a SPAM email) in the outlook SPAM folder.

I want this flow to activate each time an email arrives at the outlook SPAM folder. I haven't any idea how to do this. HELP!

I looked at a tutorial and all it did was confuse me.

If you have developed any solution, please share the screenshot so that I can identify the errors?

Solution:

You can create a new cloud workflow and use the "When a new email is received" trigger. Then, apply a filter for emails with the subject "Spam." This way, whenever a new email with this subject arrives, the flow will start automatically.
