0x80131904 Across Multiple Apps & SharePoint Lists

This morning, my team is experiencing the same error message across multiple apps and SharePoint lists. This error (below) is preventing them from making any modifications to SharePoint list items. I also, as the admin, am unable to make any modifications to the lists, such as adding/removing columns or even deleting items. Is anyone else experiencing this with SharePoint this morning?
