Sorry if this has been asked before but I am just stuck on this. I am currently making a restaurant order app that allows a user to take down all the orders for the restaurant and then would on one press generate multiple purchase orders and then send them to the appropriate vendor.
right now I have a collection with my full purchase order containing columns for item, purchase unit, preferred vendor, qty needed.
I also have another data source with columns for vendor and vendor email.
my instinct was to try and use a variable with a forall command and a filter of some sort but needing to run this loop sometimes 30 times depending on the order means resetting the variable or collection which I don’t know a good way of doing since each order would be a different length.
also the data would be leading to an html template for an email. I currently have that working but it just sends the full purchase order.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
thank you.
Une easy way is to call a Power Automate Flow where in Input you will set Your Collection.
