your problem is a bug of the new designer of flow.
Go back to old designer of flow and re-do your Select action.
New Designer when selecting the dynamic field from the Filter Array action incorrectly uses outputs('Filter_Array_Action_Name')['body/value'], this is wrong code to refer to the filtered array dynamic content
if you use Old Designer, it would have correctly used body('Filter_Array_Action_Name')
