Suggestion to complete the flow

Hi,

I am trying to create a flow where I will get email everyday with an excel file attachment and I need to save that attachment in the share folder and then copy the data to template file which is already stored in the share folder. Once the data is coppied all the pivot table should get refresh automatically and that excel file I want to schedule everyday morning through outlook.

I was able to create a flow where the email file is saved in the share folder and copy the data to template which is present in the sharefolder.
I am facing some issue. The first error is "Flow run timed out, please try again". The template is having many pivot tables so it is taking time. And also the blank values are displayed in the beginning so I had to manually apply the filter to remove blank values.
My next question is I want to use the template everyday because I need to send new reports everyday. Is there a way where I can use the same template ?

Hi @manish_kumar94 ,

After apply to each try to see screenshot.

Refer this it was working fine for me, here data1 is my template excel file, and tes11 is a new file so u can include current date as well for filename

For Pivot auto refresh refer this

I think all the queries solved.

In that file any unique value is present, or same value for every rows, any one unique column different rows ??

And change the setting in list rows present to read max 5000 rows. go to list row setting and change.
