Hello guys!
I'm building a flow that will populate a word template with elements from a SharePoint list. Is there a way to preview the document before saving it? I know that in PowerApps there is pdf previewer, but have you got an ideea of how can we integrate this feature here? I can use any other tools that can connect to SharePoint or PowerAutomate.
Also, after I'm using the Populate a Word Template action, I've been using the Create a file in SharePoint action! However, when I'm creating the file multiples times, I've encountered errors. Is there a way to save the new file over the old one without getting errors? Maybe I can use a different action?
Thank you so much!
Have a nice day!☀️

I don't know of any way to preview the document in the workflow. As for the naming issue, I would name the file with a timestamp such as with the expression formatDateTime(utcNow(), 'yyyyMMddHHmmss'). Then instead of overwriting the file, delete it before you create the next one.
