I have a question. We have a customer service portal with a list of knowledge articles. When trying to open one of the articles, a notification appears stating that the article is not available, along with the ID: /articles/?id=a0f8030f-14a6-498b-925c-4017791ca326. This happens when attempting to open the article through the view list. However, if you open the article through the page overview of best articles or knowledge articles, it works fine: /articles/KA-01000/nl-nl.

AFAIK, you'd have to reconstruct the URL in the form of '/articles/KA-01000/nl-nl' yourself, or create a separate template that accepts a guid to retrieve the KA article.
