Hi,
Can you help? I have created a workflow with conditional layers of approval, and approval type is First to Approve where there are 3 email address assigned in the last approval flow. The 1st email is the actual approver, while the 2nd is the admin account for reassignment purposes and the last one is the group email wherein if the actual approver is busy, anyone from the group can grab the approval..
But the problem I encountered is that the Outcome captures "Approve Approve" instead of Approve only and the Date of Approval captures duplicate as well see below sample.
Can you help how I can avoid this kind of output? What I expect is to capture only 1 value since the approval type is First to Approve
