For my use case I am trying to create a survey within a canvas app. The administrator must be able to add questions without adding the Canvas app too much.
I started by just creating my own but there is also the option to use the "forms pro-survey preview", however Powerapps indicates this component has been "afgeschaft", which translates to "discontinued".
After doing some reading I have found the Forms Pro-survey is being replaced by Microsoft Customer Voice. Which can be integrated into Power Pages, but about Power Apps I am not too sure.
What is the best way to realize my use case? Is a Model Driven app a better option?
