Hi all,

we have created a workflow in SharePoint that emails users as soon as a new doc is created in a certain document library. The flow errors with message "REST API is not yet supported for this mailbox license".

This is an Office 365 user with a Business Essentials license. Is it a problem with the license or might something else be going on?

Cheers,

Serge de Klerk

Thansk for your reply Michael, but this is happening to an Office 365 account, so I don't think that this applies in my case. Any other suggestions?

    Hi @Serge_de_Klerk,

    Please check the following thread:

    Hi Pavan,

This happens for mailboxes that have not been migrated to O365. Your mailbox is likely still on a dedicated exchange server. You'll need to request your Outlook administrator migrate your mailbox.

Documenation on how this can be done by an administrator can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2798131/how-to-migrate-mailbox-data-by-using-the-exchange-a...

    Regards,

    Michael
