Hello, I recently purchased office 365 E1. I created a list and then an app under "Lists" & "Power Apps". So basically, the app shows the apartment unit number, and then my field guys would click the unit number they are working in and select between "not started, in progress, or complete".
With that said, I am needing my field guys to access this app so they can make daily updates. How do I go about that without getting each field guy a subscription to office 365 E1? They don't need everything else that office 365 offers. Am I able to just pay for a license, just so they can access the app I created and update it on their end? I am looking for the cheapest option here. I heard about "Power Apps pay per app", just wasn't sure if that's still a thing and if it is, if that's all I need. Someone told me I would need the business basic and the power apps subscription. I'm just hearing lots of things and would like to find the cheapest option. I would hope that I could pay for a license for each of my field guys so they can access the app. Each field guy would have his own "project app", so they will only be accessing 1 app per person.
May someone help me out on this to see what's my cheapest option here and the correct thing to do for what I am looking for?
Thanks in advance.
