Jira Connector

My team currently uses a flow that does the following:

  • When a new MS Form response is submitted> Get response details AND:
    1. Get Issue By Key (jira connector): Retrieve response details and create a Jira ticket
    2. Outlook: Send email to recipients to notify them of new Jira ticket 

I've made the following enhancements and as a result the flow fails as it can't get past the "Get Issue By Key" step

  1. Updated the workflow in Jira by adding a new status 
  2. Added an additional recipient in the Outlook step via Power Automate 

The error message that's returned is "Resource Not Found". I don't know what is causing this. Please note that a Jira ticket is created but won't email the selected recipients. I would appreciate any help. Please take a look at the attached image for reference.
