How to fill forms automatically with Power Automate?

Hi everyone,

I need to build a flow where incoming files or emails trigger the process, the data is used to fill out a PDF form, and then the finished PDF is saved back into SharePoint or sent by email. Is this possible with the standard actions in Power Automate, or does it always require connecting to an external service with HTTP?

Would appreciate any tips on how to set this up.

    triggering a flow off an email and pulling the information from the email is definitely possible without any out of the box services.  
     
    Starting from a PDF and updating specific fields in the PDF would require an outside service like Adobe Sign or DocuSign.
     
    Alternatively, you can start with a Word template which can be populated with fields from Power Automate and convert it to a PDF.  This is also a Premium service so you would need a Power Automate license, but would not need separate Adobe Sign or Docusign licenses.
