chatbot error on power pages

Hello,
I have built a site using power pages and integrated a virtual agent chatbot.
whenever i sign in and sign out this following message occurs:

 I turned off sign in and sign out topics which came out of the box when it was created. I tried everything to fix this error but couldn't, can anybody help me on this?
