IF statements for automated email from MSF Answers

Hello everyone,

I am currently trying to create an automated email and within the body of that email include some Critical updates from a MSF. So if someone answers Critical, it will be put into the email but if its not critical it will not go into the email. I'm still pretty new to power automate so anything helps!

Edit: I've tried using the IF in expressions options and then clicking the response from the MSF and nothing seems to happen, think i am missing some of the formula

Thank you!

    @Anonymous

    You can use the conditions action to achieve your needs. I'm assuming that the field where user selects critical is a drop down

    Hopefully this helps 🙂

    This is a great start! Will these options be added to the email as well or are they strictly just conditions as well ?

    My goal is if any of the chosen answers is Critical, the Criteria i.e "Line Performance: Critical" will be added to the email

    The great thing about MS flow is that you can customize everything. I am adding an example below. You may chose to manually write what email you want to send or to make your life easier use dynamic content - in that way whatever is the actual value of the corresponding field gets passed automatically

    Now for my last question! Let's say I wanted to add form responses to my email automatically but ONLY if they are a certain answer;

    i.e; I only want Poor responses to be added to my critical update email. My question options are Good Okay Poor for about 10 questions but if only 6 are Poor how can I automatically add those 6?
