Wondering if anyone has seen this issue before. When creating a connection in PowerApps or Flow, I'm getting this message:
When I click on Fix connection and authenticate, I get this:
Same thing happens with PowerApps or Flow. I have an E3 license and I'm trying to use a SharePoint connection. I get the same error when I try any other connector.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
Thanks Phoebe -
We got it working but I'm not 100% sure of the cause.
We had to go into PowerApps Admin Portal > Select Environment > Security > then add our accounts as users.
Since it shows Add User as a new, preview feature, I'm not sure if this is an issue related to that or how my customer has their AD policies setup.
I am a Site Collection Admin - so I can access the site fine. I also created a new site and see the same issue there. I don't believe it is a SharePoint issue because if I try to add any connector (SharePoint, Project Online, Outlook, etc.) I get the same error. So it's an issue creating connections specifically in PowerApps or Flow. Working with a tenant admin, he was able to create connections. So it seems to be some kind of permission issue - but I've never seen this in any other tenant. Are there any AD policy settings or similar that could be blocking this?
Hi @M360alcott ,
Do you have permission of this sharepoint site?
Not only you need to have license that can access to sharepoint list, not also you need to have access to this site.
Please check this by visiting this site directly not through PowerApps.
If you still can not visit it, then the problem is not about PowerApps.
What's more, please check your firwall whether block this.
Best regards,
Have you tried connecting to that site in the browser? Have you tried to connect another site from the powerapps?
