Make form read only after submit and redirect

I have a multi step portal form, when the user hits submit and are redirected back to the home list, I want them to then be able to open that submitted form but in read only. 

 

I have created the multi step form in edit mode and read only mode but how do I get thr read only version to open when the record ID is clicked on. It's currently only opening the editable version.

    Hi @Lisaby ,

     

    Could you please share more details about your scenario? How could you know it's the first time a user clicks on a record ID? Is there any column like a status column in the data source can use to define either the user needs to edit or view a record? For example, if a record is in status not confirmed, users open it in edit mode, if it's in status pending, then open it in view mode.
