Bot is ignoring/can't see/can't read uploaded documents to the chat.
I uploaded file in the chat but bot keeps asking me to upload the file. I tried both uploading together with text request and in separated message. I tried with txt, docx, pdf files.
A few times he does not ignore docx file but says that "It seems there was an issue with file attachment"

    Is the Copilot has been designed to read file attachments directly? Can i check how this is done?
     
     
    If the bot needs to read content from files, consider using a Power Automate flow to extract the file content upon upload and pass the text content to the bot. If possible, upload the document to OneDrive or SharePoint and provide the bot with a link instead of the direct file upload. This method is often more reliable for document-based Q&A.

    Hi, 
     
    Power automate does not accept File datatype from Copilot studio. You can use the following steps instead:
     

    • Use the "Create File" connector action to save the uploaded file in Sharepoint library

    • Retrieve the ID to access the file for further processes. 

    • For  summarization , you could use the Generative Answers node or AI Builder prompts in Power Automate by passing file context
