Finding New "List Name" on SharePoint After Site Changes

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue after some recent changes were made to our SharePoint site. Everything was working fine before, but now I suspect that the "List Name" might have changed.

Can someone guide me on how to find the new "Custom value" or "List Name" for my updated SharePoint site?


 
I'm receiving the following error:

    Hi,
     
    Pls clear the 'List Name' parameter text by clicking 'X' button. Post clearing, select the relevant list name from the drop down.
     
    I hope it will fix the issue.
