❓: What is the sorting order of button flows on iOS widget?

Dear PA Community!

I am wondering why my buttons are changing order here. Have you experienced it?

To visualize my UX challenge here are some screenshots taken from the iPhone. Please notice the button flow called "Lunch 🍕" sometimes is first so I do not need to expand the widget to find it. Sometimes it is somewhere else. It is not sorted by usage and nor alphabetical. Is it by design to omit muscle memory? What was the idea behind such randomization? TIA
