Hi!
We have a channel for FAQ / Q&A , where anyone can ask any question. I would like to see my bot react if he gets the trigger without the need of @mention before the question.
Example:
User1: Hi, super application is down, how can I engage the support team?
bot triggered by "super application is down"
Bot: "Hi, super application is supported by super IT team, contacts"
I was trying to google that out, I noticed a nice article https://stackoverflow.com/questions/57037483/remove-chatbot-mention-in-ms-teams but I don't know how to edit the code on such level within Power Virtual Agent app.
