Remove chatbot @mention in channel

We have a channel for FAQ / Q&A , where anyone can ask any question. I would like to see my bot react if he gets the trigger without the need of @mention before the question.

User1: Hi, super application is down, how can I engage the support team?
bot triggered by "super application is down"
Bot: "Hi, super application is supported by super IT team, contacts"

I was trying to google that out, I noticed a nice article but I don't know how to edit the code on such level within Power Virtual Agent app.

    Hi @Telconatrio,


    You could use a when a keyword is mentioned trigger action of the Teams connector to monitor your FAQ channel for those keywords via a Power Automate flow. In that same flow you can also use the bot to send a proactive message:
