ExpressionEvaluationFailed error in "Get Response Details"

Can someone help me with this error message?

The execution of template action 'Apply_to_each' failed: the result of the evaluation of 'foreach' expression '@json(body('Get_response_details')?['r7855ad6e3cea444c8f6e3f1e43abdecd'])' is of type 'Null'. The result must be a valid array.

The flow runs successfully for some submitters, but no others.

    My flow is" when a form is submitted send conditional emails with images and attachments."

    @Norlisa7

    My apologies, but I can't tell you exactly what is wrong other than it doesn't like the apply to each expression (obviously).  I am assuming that the Form submission actually had at least one attachment. I am also assuming that the ID used in the expression is accurate.

    That said, I would be inclined to use a Parse JSON action - that helps to minimize errors like this.  Take a look here.
