Hi there

I try to build a workflow which should extract information from a PDF and send an e-mail based on which keyword is in the PDF. For example if RTLSUR is in the PDF it should be sent to user A, if SURADR is in the PDF it should be sent to user B. Each document has a unique ID lets say 01243. It should also check if this ID is already represented in a PDF in Onedrive and only send the e-mail if it is only represented once in a file.

As of now I created the below workflow which basically works but always reproduces errors.

question: How can I configure the flow that it extracts the data, checks the PDF for certain keywords and then sends the e-mail to the accordingly person based on the keyword. It should also check if the file with the unique ID is already present, if so, it shouldnt send a second mail.
