I want to change the role of a contact. By default, it’s an authenticated user, but I want to switch it to an administrator in Power Pages. anyone have any idea about that? I am unable to find any option

Thanks for the advice indeed you are correct. but the problem is I am unable to find the portal management app. I don't know why but it's not there I've created a website power page management app is created but the portal management app is not created. do you have any idea how to deal with this?

I believe you can open the Portal Management model drive application in the Dataverse instance connected to your Power Pages app, open a contact that is related to your portal user, in navigation choose Portal Roles, click "Add Existing" and add the "Administrator" role. Don't forget to refresh the cache.
