Hi all,

I need help regarding to create a automated flow. Where I need to create a flow of ID, simple item list counter.

like.    1 , 2 , 3 and so on.

Part one:

I mean when I create new item in list, this coulumn gives nuber id based on items in the list.

If this item is in the list is first so id will be 1, if i created 10th item in the list id will be 10.

Part two:

Then every month this id resets to 1. I mean if 1st day of new month I create a new item this will get ID 1.

List looks like that.

Thanks in advance,

    Hi @habibarif ,

    I did a test for your reference.

    In my scenario:

    My SharePoint List:

    My Flow:

    formatDateTime(item()?['Date'], 'MM')
    formatDateTime(triggerOutputs()?['body/Date'], 'MM')
    length(body('Filter_array'))

    Hi @habibarif ,

    Turn off the new designer mode, go to the classic designer, and run flow.

    Hi @v-yetonggu-msft ,

    Sorry same. Failing.

    habibarif_0-1705485267970.png

    Just want to tell that column (id) has own flow that generates date wise id. So its not that we write ownself.

    It is automated flow.

    Regards,

    Hi @habibarif ,

    Can you go to the editing interface and show the complete configuration screenshot of your flow?

    Also, what are the error details reported by your flow?

    Best Regards,

    Sunshine Gu
