Comparing two lists and sending email based of comparison

Hey guys,

 

I have a form that goes out to a distribution group. It's a weekly check. I was wondering if there is a way to check the responses against the list of the group as a whole and send a reminder email to those who have not responded?

 

I thought I had it working but it seems to not be now

    Could you please share an instance of the form?
